● Host Society for the 2011 BANS Congress to be held in Southport

The British Association Of Numismatic Societies Congress 2011

Packages & Bookings

There are two principal packages for attending the BANS Congress:

Firstly, there is an excellent, all-inclusive, Residential Package, with meals and accommodation provided at the Congress Venue, the Ramada Plaza Hotel, or

Secondly, for those attendees who prefer to make their own accommodation arrangements, there is a Daily Package for attendance at the Congress.

The Residential Package - £190

The Residential Package is inclusive of accommodation, meals, and Congress Sessions. Only your personal extras such as drinks will be additional. Your room will be a double room for single occupancy. Included will be:

Dinner on Friday 25th March

Overnight accommodation on the Friday night

Breakfast on Saturday morning, 26th March

Lunch on Saturday

The Congress Dinner on Saturday evening

Overnight accommodation on the Saturday night

Breakfast on Sunday morning, 27th March

Lunch on Sunday

Tea and coffee during the Congress Sessions

Use of the hotel car park, if required

The Daily Package

The Daily Package is available for those attendees who do not need accommodation in Southport, or who would prefer to arrange their own.

The Daily Package is £40 per day for the Saturday and Sunday Sessions. This includes:

The Congress Sessions for the day

Tea and coffee during the Congress Sessions

Lunch

Dinner is available on the Friday and Saturday evenings for £25 each evening.

Booking

Both the Residential and the Daily Packages may be booked at any time before 11th March 2011.

For the Residential Package, a non-refundable deposit of £95 is required on booking, with the balance payable by 11th March 2011.

For the Daily Package, the total of the amount payable should be remitted with the booking.
