If you are driving with the aid of a SatNav, enter the postcode

If you are using more traditional navigation, here are the directions:
Arriving via the M6
From the M6, exit at junction 26 on to the M58. Exit the M58 at junction 3, and take the A570 towards Southport. Follow the A570 through Ormskirk and into Southport town centre. You will reach a ‘T’ junction: turn right on to Lord Street, the A565. At the main traffic lights in London Square (home to the large War Memorial) turn left up Nevill Street to the Promenade. When you reach the Promenade, turn right, and the hotel can be found on your left. Continue past the hotel, then turn left into the car park.

Travelling by Rail
For those arriving by train, the hotel is only some five hundred yards from Southport’s Chapel Street Station. Southport is served by direct trains from Liverpool, provided by Merseyrail, and from Wigan and Manchester, provided by Northern Rail.
To plan your journey from wherever you may be, why not use the public service website Transport Direct. Click on the train, and a new window will open.
For information about Southport Station and Merseyrail services, please click on the Merseyrail logo at the left.
For information about Northern Rail services, please click on their logo.
To find the hotel on foot, leave the Station, and exit into Chapel Street. Turn right, and continue about 50 yards until you reach London Street. Turn left, and walk into London Square. Cross the Square, and walk up Nevill Street. At the end of Nevill Street, turn right on to the Promenade, and you will see the hotel across the road. You can’t miss it!

Travelling by Air
Southport very nearly became the first town in the country to receive mail by air. Only bad weather, on 10th August 1910, prevented the entry into the record books. These days, however, travel to Southport by air is usually via one of our regional airports.
Liverpool
There are scheduled services to Liverpool Airport from a number of destinations, including major international hubs such as Amsterdam. For more information, please click on the Liverpool Airport logo to take off to their website. A direct bus link from the Airport takes you to the Merseyrail Northern Line network, with direct trains to Southport.
Manchester
The range of destinations served by Manchester airport runs from one end of the alphabet to the other. And the great advantage is that there are direct trains from the Airport station to Southport. For more information about Manchester Airport, click on their logo.

Street Map
To see a detailed street map of the surrounding area, click on the map to the left. Once the map is open, Google Maps allows you to see the area for yourself from street level. Click on the small orange ‘bat’ on the map, marked ‘A,’ and you will see the entry to the panorama!
